Harv's Harley-Davidson® sponsors an active and growing Harley Owners Group® (H.O.G.®) Chapter. Wayne County H.O.G.® is all about the joy of riding. If you love to ride, and enjoy the fellowship of others who share your passion for riding, this is the H.O.G.® Chapter for you.
To be a member of Wayne County H.O.G.® you must first be a full member of the national Harley Owners Group®. Annual dues for our Chapter are $20. Pick up an application at Harv's Harley-Davidson® anytime.
Meetings are held twice monthly during the riding season, and monthly in the off-season. Typically, meetings are held in the Clubhouse at Harv's Harley-Davidson®. Meetings are scheduled to keep the members apprised of Chapter activities, to exchange ride experiences, and to plan future events. Occasionally, speakers are invited to discuss matters of interest to the Chapter on topics such as rider safety, motorcycle accessories, and routine maintenance. Each meeting concludes with a 50/50 drawing followed by an optional group ride.
Ride activities are as varied as our membership. We have weekday rides usually leaving Harv's Harley-Davidson® at 7pm led by an experienced Road Captain. These rides are usually 40 to 75 miles in length and are a great way to explore the many scenic back-roads that we have in this area.
Weekend dinner rides are also very popular. Several times over the year we have "Adventure Rides" involving longer distances and one or more nights on the road. We also participate in various charity motorcycle events for worthy causes. During the off-season we plan future rides and we even find some creative way to play in the snow. The year concludes with our annual and unforgettable Holiday Party.
