  • "Hello there. I would love to share with you my experience at Harv's Harley Davidson. I just purchased my 2nd motorcycle Today. I purchased a 2017 Ultra Limited. Now when I bought my last motorcycle Drew was my Salesman. He knows his stuff. Always knew my name and what I rode. He always made me feel wanted when I walked in the door. Like I was at my best friends house. Now Salesman Ian went above and beyond my expectations. He reminds me a lot like Drew. He was very helpful. Answered all my questions with a smile. Wanted to make sure that this was the bike that I really wanted. Wanted to make sure that this bike was meant for me. I bought my first bike at Harv's like I said and I bought my 2nd bike there and the customer service I received is 2nd to none. If I purchase a 3rd motorcycle it will most definitely be from Harv's."

  • "My wife and I were going to a couple of Harley dealers today just to see what's out there. We seen that we haven't been to Harves so we took the ride from Varysburg and went to the dealer in Batavia and then to the dealer in Rochester .Before we headed home my wife said that there is another Harley dealer over by Macedon. So I said lets check it out. Well I am sure glad we did. The salesmen was Shawn and he was so helpful. He not only showed us the bikes in the showroom but also took us to the other showroom and showed us the used bikes. Let me tell you if you are looking for a used bike they have the best selection and the prices are the best we have seen. We have been to all of the dealers in western NY. I have to say that I am so glad we went over there with prices like that it wont be hard to tell where my next bike is going to come from. Thanks for all the help Shawn we will be seeing you soon. What a great dealership with great people."

  • "I had a cooling issue with my 2014 FLHTK, on 06/02, did what I could do to troubleshoot it and was unsuccessful in fixing the problem. First thought is that I am going to be with out my bike for a couple weeks. Called Harv's and spoke with a service person, he talked to the service manager and came back and said if I could get it there that morning they would look at it. Of course I got it there, was checked in again very friendly and courteous. I was called by the mechanic he had a couple questions about what had happen to the bike, couple hours later called again found the problem, called back again around 5:30 said it was done. Was able to pick it up Saturday morning and it was washed, was able to go on the ride I had planned for the day. I have never used the service department before at Harv's, I have been a long time customer of Arkport from when I lived in that area, they would have not have taking care of my problem like Harv's service team did. I will be using Harv's service department in the future for my service needs. Again thank you to the Harv's service team it was much appreciated.Ride Safe,"

  • "Just picked-up my bike after it was repaired by Harv's due to an accident. What a great job they did, my bike looks great and the turn-around was fantastic. I actually thought I might not see the bike for a month but it was done in no time. Also the employees so genuine concern for my well-being concerning the accident(Rich).

    Thanks to the service department(Greg) it looks so much better than I ever kept it. A Very nice place to do business."

  • "I went to Harv's looking to buy my first HD (Yes, I was loyal to the Jap machine) and was able to spend a great deal of time with the sales staff to talk with them without any pressure whatsoever. After looking around at multiple other dealers I quickly realized that Harv's, although a smaller dealer, lead the competition by far with the quality of their staff, their choice of bikes they carry in the showroom and especially of their used Bike inventory. End result, I'm back on the road with a fantastic machine at a price I could'nt pass up. Harv's has earned my future business and as a current Quality Manager my highest possible endorsement.   • "Bought a 2004 Road King Custom and had an overall great expierence with Drew as the salesman. Had an issue with bike performance and was told by Greg to bring it in. I had physced myself up that it would be down several days but to my suprise Greg called later that evening and said bike is ready. I picked up the next day and bike runs fantastic....did about 200 miles. I want to thank Drew and Greg and the entire staff at Harvs for job well done. THANKS."

  • "Hadn't ridden in over 25 years since my wife wouldn't consent to letting me. I came to Harv's just before Christmas last year and placed an order. Three months later I changed my mind and selected a different bike. Drew was extremely pleasant to work with and essentially didn't express any angst for me changing the order. We ordered a different bike and Drew kept me updated frequently with the order status from HD.It finally arrived and Drew seemed as eager as I was to get me and the bike out on the road. The weather finally let up and I'm now sportin' around on a brand spankin' new 2014 Sportster Superlow. I couldn't be happier for a first-time Harley owner.If you're shopping for a dealer, go see Harv's....ask for Drew....and tell em Darren sent ya!Thanks Drew!"
